Mindfucked

It doesn't matter what you're doing or where you are or who
you're with.It takes over your mind by surprise. Like a
fog enclosing your brain.Your brain is blinded. Nothing
seems logical or rational at that moment. An eerie surge
goes through your body. A sinking feeling in the pit of your
stomach. Sickening and nauseous. You feel like you might
just throw up any second. Tears start welling in your eyes.
You are in fear. You're impaired. A furrow creases your
forehead. You suddenly find yourself gulping down saliva
that you never noticed forming. Then the wave of numbness
crumbles in. Your mind is numb. You start to get antsy.
Squirming, fidgeting and glancing around like someone
may be onto you. Somebody watching your every move.
Judging you. Out to get you.

Suddenly the wave of pressure attacks your immobilized mind.
And you break.

Funny how just 5 minutes ago, you were laughing at a joke.

Jacqueline's Crazy Mom Said

Jacqueline: Do you love me Mom?
Mom: Of course.
Jacqueline: Would you love me if I was gay?
Mom: Yes, of course. You’re my daughter, I will always love you.
Jacqueline: What if I was bi-sexual?
Mom: No, because then you’re a slut. You have to pick one or the other.

Sometimes I wish I had never met you. Because then I could go to sleep at night not knowing there was someone like you out there.

Ghost

Ghost.

I just completed the whole of Season 1. I know, I know...gle lembap kaaaan. Tulah busy sangat tgk Rempit vs Impak Maksima la, Cinta Untuk Ain la. Haha.

I actually watched it continuously till 4.30am. Wtf. I was hooked. I have to say, I was pretty amazed by Popiah Picture's latest production. The plot was intriguing and was executed well and quite daring I might say. For the detective part of things, they used the Veronica Mars style a lot as an example, and a lot of how clues are revealed as part of the larger story arc is basically either setting up or eliminating suspects. The cinematography is portrayed beautifully which is exactly what most locally produced productions lack. The acting is alright, not that cringe-worthy. Cheryl Samad (is she a mix? Why is her name Cheryl?) Nazrudin Rahman, Carmen Soo, Reefa, Razif Hashim and Yasmin Isa were all pretty good BUT...yes there is a but, Tony Eusoff. Ugh, he just annoys me and his acting makes me uncomfortable. Takde pelakon lain ke??

Ghost
Ghost is a whodunit with a twist – a girl tries to solve the mystery behind the death of a famous movie star- a star that she has always admired but hardly knows.

The story concerns journalist Eza (Cheryl) who bumps into Zack (Nazrudin), a movie star. She offers him a place to stay but later learns that Zack is actually dead and Eza is the only one who can see him.Zack, however, is convinced he was murdered and enlists the help of Eza to find out who did it and why. This part supernaturl thriller, part romantic comedy blends different elements for an explosive mix.

OH!!

And the theme song is just so hauntingly beautiful. I'm so in love with it right now. The song is by Douglas Lim & Chelsia Ng and the title is Masih Jua.It's played during the opening credits and it's so lawa! It doesn't look fake or lame. Tak caya, tgk sendiri.

Download the song here.

You can watch it at 8tv's website. Btw Season 2 dah start! :D

Top Paying Degrees

Whether you are in college or a prospective student, not all majors earn you the same salary. Of course, you should never choose a major just for the money. If you don’t enjoy the work, then all that money will never equal the dissatisfaction you have for your job.

Luckily, there are many majors in numerous fields of studies to choose from that will pay high starting salaries to recent graduates. According to the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), here are the 10 top paying degrees and their starting salaries (as of 2008):

1. Chemical Engineering ($59,218)

2. Electrical Engineering ($55,333)

3. Mechanical Engineering ($54,057)

4. Computer Science ($53,051)

5. Civil Engineering ($48,998)

6. Economics ($47,782)

7. Management Information Systems ($47,407)

8. Finance ($46,442)

9. Accounting ($46,292)

10. Business Administration/Management ($43,256)

Oh, Nabila & Iqram!

There are two new shows that recently started, and I'm gonna try to follow them religiously.  Both plotlines seem interesting enough. But I'm watching because of ________. Hint: Title of this post. LOL.

The first is 'Cinta Untuk Ain', starring Nabila Huda & Que Haidar.  I adore Nabila Huda. If there's any movies/dramas, I'll watch it cause of her. Hahahah!

She has such pretty skin! And I like her voice, bod and fashion sense too. Too bad her husband is fugly :(

The second one is 'Rempit vs Impak Maksima'. It's a mixture of the movie 'Remp-It' & 'Impak Maksima'. This drama also stars that chick & dude from KAMI, Zeyna Ibrahim who played Adii (the cool girl, not the annoying whiny one) and Nas-T who played Abu. Oh, and Dina of Malaysian Idol makes her acting debut in this drama too.

Now here as some candy for your eyes. Hahahah!

I present to you: Iqram Dinzly!

Sinetron Jelita

I've been watching the Indonesian sinetron, Jelita religiously. Every Mon-Thu, 2.30pm-3.30pm on tv3. My days are sooo boring without it~ Lmao. Hiperbola betul.

I'm addicted. Oh,yes I am. I'd rather berkurung kat rumah than go out cause I don't want to miss it. Hahahah.

SO the point of this post is not to force ya'll to watch it or whatever but just to complain about the fact that....

JELITA SHOULD BE WITH BAYU, NOT ERLANGGA!!!

Ok, puas skit.

I mean like seriously, Bayu (played by Dirly of Indonesian Idol 3 fame) is the hero, hence he should get the girl, right? But nooooooo, Jelita (played by Agnes Monica) married Bayu's cousin Erlangga (Nino Fernandez) instead. Siap ada anak lagi siot.

This is Bayu - Dirly Idol
This is Erlangga - Nino Fernandez (Indon-German)

Gilerh tak puas hati okaaaay! Dah Si Angga tu ada masalah jantung, sikit2 pengsan. Ada hati plaaaak nak jadi hero. Blah laaaaaah. Ok, but in truth Erlangga is actually a very nice guy, understanding and all that crap. But it's not fair. After all the hardships that Bayu & Jelita had gone through as a couple...tidak membuahkan hasil. Adeyh...sedey2.
But this is just so far...the story is not over yet! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Bayu & Jelita!

The September Issue

Premiered: January 16th, 2009 at the Sundance Festival

The September 2007 issue of Vogue magazine weighed nearly five pounds, and was the single largest issue of a magazine ever published. With unprecedented access, The September Issue, directed and produced by R.J. Cutler, tells the story of legendary Vogue editor in chief Anna Wintour and her larger-than-life team of editors creating the issue and ruling the world of fashion.

This docu take a look at how Anna Wintour, editor of Vogue for 20 years Wintour handles a dizzying array of designers, models, photographers, and editors with such passion & perfectionism. With such style too!

Director R.J. Cutler delivers a rare insider account of the nine months leading up to the printing of the highly anticipated September issue of the magazine, which promises to be the biggest one ever. He takes us behind the scenes at fashion week, to Europe and back, on shoots and reshoots, and into closed-door staff meetings, bearing witness to an arduous and sometimes emotionally demanding process.

I can't wait to watch this!

I want to see:

1. What everyone's wearing, duh.

2. The fashion closet.

3. What Voguettes eat.

4. Anna displaying any of the mannerisms found in The Devil Wears Prada. Lmao.

Other notables you can hope to see include Oscar de la Renta, Patrick Demarchelier, Karl Lagerfeld, Jean Paul Gaultier, Stefano Pilati & Isabel Toledo (who created Michelle Obama's aoutfit during the oath ceremony).

Cat Diary Entry:

Day 983 of my captivity.

My captors continue to taunt me with bizarre little dangling objects.

They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while the other inmates and I are fed hash or some sort of dry nuggets. Although I make my contempt for the rations perfectly clear, I nevertheless must eat something in order to keep up my strength. The only thing that keeps me going is my dream of escape.

In an attempt to disgust them, I once again vomit on the carpet.

Today I decapitated a mouse and dropped its headless body at their feet. I had hoped this would strike fear into their hearts, since it clearly demonstrates what I am capable of. However, they merely made condescending comments about what a "good little hunter" I am. Bastards!

There was some sort of assembly of their accomplices tonight. I was placed in solitary confinement for the duration of the event. However, I could hear the noises and smell the food. I overheard that my confinement was due to the power of "allergies." I must learn what this means, and how to use it to my advantage.

Today I was almost successful in an attempt to assassinate one of my tormentors by weaving around his feet as he was walking. I must try this again tomorrow --but at the top of the stairs.

I am convinced that the other prisoners here are flunkies and snitches.

The dog receives special privileges. He is regularly released - and seems to be more than willing to return. He is obviously stupid.

The bird has got to be an informant. I observe him communicate with the guards regularly. I am certain that he reports my every move. My captors have arranged protective custody for him in an elevated cell, so he is safe. For now . . .
